The back of the top:

We are, I hope, over the worst of the flu. The headache is finally gone. I don't think I'll ever complain about a migraine again. The relief being rid of the flu headache is enormous.
Smudge having a snooze Sunday night.

And Lester on the windowsill, although there's not much left to see. Most of the leaves are gone, although the odd squirrel makes an appearance to keep him entertained.

My brother in NZ is bemoaning the fact that the lovely birds are being decimated by the cats in the neighbourhood. It is a shame & when I see lovely cats like yours, who live indoors, I don't see why everyone cannot do that!
That's such a pretty quilt! We don't have squirrels in Australia to entertain our kitties, they have to make do with something else.
I'm not sure you need a border unless you want it to be bigger. then a border with a "plate" in each corner might be nice.
I'm glad you are feeling better. I know what it is like to have a headache all the way through the flu too. It has been a long time since I had it but the memory is still vivid.
Looks really good....love it!!
Great work! Love Smudge!
I was lucky yesterday and had all three of the neighbors pets visiting...I got a kitty fix! But then come on over to visit you and fall in love with yours all over again.
Looks really cute!Great work.
My goodness, Cathi - this is such a RICH looking quilt. We've got to be careful when using these lovely china plates... ;)
It looks very elegant, doesn't it?
If you're thinking about adding a border, how about the same fabric as the connecting blocks?
Happy you're feeling better. It certainly isn't nice to be sick, especially with the dreaded flu.
Gosh if this isn't just something else! And I know you're really looking forward to having a finish on your hands pretty soon! Love the sleepy Smudge photo my friend. :) Kitty pats to Lester, too.
Nice quilt, if you add a border I would do a small one in black then another one. I know this isn't much help.
Glad to hear that you are over the flu.
The harpsichord quilt is looking great so far Cathi! I can' wait to see the finished product!
SO glad the headache is gone! Though not as happy as you, I'm sure!
So fast Cathi! Looks good! I can picture it with a very thin black border.
My goodness you got that done quickly! It's a nice way to show those beautiful Asian prints!
